Fund Settlement Associate/Manager, Operations

Duties and Responsibilities：
• Perform trade matching & arrange trade settlement for funds & discretionary accounts;

Duties and Responsibilities：
• Perform compliance checking and review on investment products; 
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal and contractual documents; including legal, advisory, underwriting, employment, lending, leases, placement agreements and ensure all comply to legal and compliance issues;

ETF Capital Market Director

Duties and Responsibilities：
• Maintains relationship with contacts at external firms, investment banks, exchanges, specialist firms, market makers, index providers, and outside vendors.
• Serves as a specialist on market and trading characteristics. Leverages deep understanding of ETF trading to educate block desks on ETF trading and pricing strategies and opportunities.
• Maintains solid understanding of portfolio management and risk processes to provide recommendations to regulators, professional bodies, and stock exchanges in regards to market structure and proposed rules in partnership with interested parties. Speaks at industry conferences.

Skills and Qualifications：
