01) The Sub-Fund is a sub-fund of the E Fund SICAV, which is a UCITS organised as a Société d’Investissement à Capital Variable (SICAV) under the law of Luxembourg and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the “CSSF”).
