1) E Fund (HK) NASDAQ-100 Index Fund (the “Fund”) is a passively managed index fund. The investment objective is to provide investment result that, before fees and expenses, closely corresponds to the performance of the NASDAQ-100 Index (the “Index”). The Manager will primarily use a full replication strategy through investing in substantially all the Index securities constituting the Index (the “Index Securities”) in substantially the same weightings (i.e. proportions) as these Index securities have in the Index. Such Index Securities may include securities of non-financial companies (which may include listed depositary receipts such as American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) which are listed on the NASDAQ.

3) The Fund’s investments are concentrated in a specific market, i.e. the US. The value of the Fund may be more volatile than that of a fund having a more diverse portfolio of investments. The value of the Fund may be more susceptible to adverse economic, political, policy, foreign exchange, liquidity, tax, legal or regulatory event affecting the US market.
4) Due to the Fund’s concentration in companies in the technology sector, the price volatility of the Fund may be greater than that of funds tracking more broad-based indices
5) Distributions of the Fund may be paid out of the capital of the Fund. Investors should note that payment of distributions out of capital amounts to a return or withdrawal of part of an investor’s original investment or from any capital gains attributable to that original investment and such distributions may result in an immediate reduction of the net asset value of the relevant units
