1) E Fund Wealth Fund Series - E Fund (HK) Global Conviction Fund (the “Sub-Fund”) is an unit trust established in Hong Kong investing primarily in equity and equity-related securities listed on major global stock markets.

5) The Sub-Fund may invest in emerging markets, which subjects the relevant Sub-Fund to a higher level of market risk than investments in a developed country.
