1) The E Fund (HK) Global Dynamic Growth Fund (the “Sub-Fund”) is authorized for public offering in Hong Kong pursuant to the Mutual Recognition of Funds (the “MRF”) arrangement between Luxembourg and Hong Kong. It is a sub-fund of the E Fund SICAV constituted as an open-ended investment fund in the form of a Luxembourg société d’Investissement à capital variable (the “Company”). The Sub-Fund is a UCITS fund and is domiciled in Luxembourg and its home regulator is the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
2) The Sub-Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital growth through a dynamic growth strategy by investing primarily (at least 70% of its net assets) in equity securities (including, but not limited to, common shares, preference shares, American depositary receipts ("ADRs") and global depositary receipts (“GDRs”)) and equity-related securities (including, but not limited to, eligible exchange traded funds (the “ETFs”) provided that the primary underlying assets of these ETFs are eligible investments for this Sub-Fund) listed worldwide.
3) Investment involves risks. The Sub-Fund is subject to a) Investment risk, b) Equity market risk, c) Concentration risk and emerging market risk, d) Risks associated with ADRs and GDRs, e) Risks associated with investing in ETFs, f) Risks associated with small-capitalisation/mid-capitalisation companies, g) Foreign exchange risk and RMB currency and conversion risks, h) Risks associated with investments / exposure to mainland China, including risks associated with the access channels such as QFI regime and Stock Connect and PRC tax risk, and i) Risks of investing in fixed income securities.
